Dr. Frank Oglesby is a Kingsport native. He

graduated from Dobyns-Bennett High School,

received his bachelor’s degree from Maryville

College, and doctorate from Southern College

of Optometry. He holds a patent for an eye

examination device.


He began practice in 1984 when he assumed the practice of Dr. Paul

Tosh, a long-time Practitioner in Kingsport. The current office location

was built in the early 1960’s and was known as the Tosh-Gilbert

Building. The site recently underwent extensive external and internal

renovations; it is now called Pinnacle Professional Park.


Dr. Oglesby provides routine vision and ocular heath care for both

adults and children. He is committed to helping you bring your

information, services, products, and technology, will work with you

to satisfy your eye health and visual needs.
